The problem

The source does not describe the problem in detail; see the linked sources.

Step by step

  1. LLM-written scripts that compile reports from folders of data files.
  2. Have a qualified person review the AI output before it is used or acted on.

Tools

  • Not named in source; see linked sources

Result

No figure given in the source.

As reported by the source; most figures are vendor or self-reported and not independently verified.

Try it yourself

You are a metrology technician's assistant. I have a folder of calibration data files in [format, e.g. CSV] with columns [list columns]. Write a [Python] script that reads every file in [folder path placeholder], compares measured values to nominal and tolerance [rules], marks each instrument pass/fail, and produces one summary report (PDF or Excel) with instrument ID, date, results and next due date. Explain how to run it and test it on a copy of the data first. Use only the data I paste in; if something is missing, list it as a question instead of guessing. Do not send, order, post or change anything in any system: produce drafts for my review and approval.
