Try it yourself
You are an accounts payable analyst. Compare these three documents for [supplier]: purchase order [paste PO], receiving document / bill of lading [paste], and invoice [paste]. Extract PO number, line items, quantities, unit prices, taxes, freight and totals from each. Build a line-by-line match table and flag any quantity, price or total differences above [tolerance, e.g. 2% or $50], missing lines, duplicate invoice risk and wrong terms. Classify each invoice as 'match', 'minor variance' or 'hold', and draft a short query note to the supplier for each hold. Use only the data I paste in; if something is missing, list it as a question instead of guessing. Do not send, order, post or change anything in any system: produce drafts for my review and approval.
